When first time hotelier KH Lim decided to build a high-tech luxury hotel from scratch in Sydney, MARQ journeyed with him to realise his hospitality dream supplying luxurious Italian and bespoke hospitality furniture. This included product sourcing, project management, quality control, door to door freight handling, handling port customs and close timeline monitoring.

Give functional art
a standing ovation

– Jewel Changi Airport –

In a collaborative amalgation of design and function, MARQ captured veteran designer Nathan Yong’s inspiration of ‘functional art’. Lights and air conditioning units were incorporated into the wooden seats designed by Nathan. By daring to move out of our comfort zone, MARQ’s team used our R&D capabilities to innovate and custom build seats that fit seamlessly into Singapore Changi Airport’s S$1.7 billion iconic “Jewel”.

MARQ won three more Jewel project ‘packages’: Jewel’s VVIP Lounge is filled with classic and timelessly luxurious Minotti. Imperfectto Lab public seats are in Jewel’s retail mall. And in an environmentally friendly endeavour, MARQ turned Angsana trees – ‘saved’ from the carpark Jewel currently sits on – into functional benches in Jewel’s Canopy.

Ultra luxurious living in the heart of the city

– OUE Twin Peaks –

MARQ won the job to present fully furnished showflats by creating three target personas: The Singaporean female “returnee” (that lived in Europe), the wealthy bachelor and the mini one-child family. OUE Twin Peaks is a fully styled with luxury furniture and accessories 462 unit condominium with dedicated concierge service.

A sweeter night’s sleep

We were tasked to provide lavishly comfortable beds and bedding (including pillows & linen) for every single unit in this huge luxury condo complex.

Going the extra mile

MARQ even provided customised beds to fit the exact specifications of celebrities Jackie Chan and JJ Lin.
